April 24, 2020 Kendall Creek Farms is committed to bringing new bloodlines and alpacas of extreme quality into our program on an ongoing basis. This assures genetic diversity and consistent quality improvements year over year. We have the world class program that we have today, partially due to the fact the we have purchased at least one breeding alpaca to enhance our herd every year for the last 20 years in a row. To this end, we have here a recent female acquisition, Amber Autumn Nia's Sparkle. She is a beautiful light fawn Color Champion that we are so pleased that she has joined our herd. From the Amber Autumn auction booklet: Sparkle is a very nice genetic fusion of Eclipse Alyst crossed over a Principio daughter. Exhibits all the traits one looks for in a future production dam. Bright eyed, correct phenotype, perfect bite, very fine HF fleece with exceptional brightness, nice alignment, soft hand, nice staple length. Eclipse had exceptional staple with fineness maintained until he passed. Principio is incredibly dense and his histogram at eight years of age is as follows: 18.1, 3.6, 18.3, 1.5%>30. In her first two shows she won two blues and a color championship. We felt that at 16.1 micron and with her exceptional pedigree she was certainly worthy to be in our auction. Additionally, Sparkle is in the Top 10% of EPD's in the National Registry. And now let's talk a little about her production record. Sparkle came to us bred to Mr. Sizzlin' Rose and she gave us a true black girl that is a color champion. Then she gave us a medium fawn female out of our CCNF Dominion. Also a champion, and a girl that when bred to rose gray, produced an incredible silver gray boy....Hummmm. Next for Sparkle was a beautiful black girl out of our Phenom Noir that unfortunately passed a few days after birth due to sepsis - OUCH!! Then in 2024, Sparkle threw a bay black boy that is looking good, and then in 2025 we get a dark silver gray girl. Needless to say Sparkle is an absolute color throwing, show string making MACHINE!! She is currently brad to Dominion again for another stunner in 2026. She is a robust dam with a lot of gas left in the tank. As you can see, we have her covered every which-a-way, so she can now go to work for you! Sparkle is currently for sale as a 3 - N - 1 package being confirmed pregnant, and with female cria by side. However, when Snazzy is weaned this winter, she will be stand alone, and Sparkle will sell as a bred female.
